The Entertainment Community Fund is excited to once again welcome everyone to the Jock Duncan Memorial Celebri-TEE Golf & Tennis Outing on Monday, September 30th, 2024 at the historic Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly, New Jersey. We look forward to enjoying a day of golf and tennis with names in entertainment, all joining together to raise funds for the Actors Fund Home in Englewood, New Jersey.

This year, we also come together to honor the memory of Jock Duncan Jr. who passed away in 2023 at the age of 88 years. Jock served as a Fund trustee for 13 years, and lead by example, believing we should all strive to make the very most possible with our individual abilities and talents, and to have love and compassion for others. He taught us all the value and importance of having a positive attitude, whatever the situation.

We are honored to continue the tradition of this event in Jock’s name and look forward to seeing you there.

Knickerbocker prides itself on providing a golf experience like no other. We were established in 1914, the original brainchild of Donald Ross — one of the most well-respected golf course architects in the history of the game — with subsequent input from Herbert Strong. The golf course was re-envisioned in 2007/08 by Ron Forse, a modern traditionalist who worked in complete harmony with the original design to ensure the needs of the most discriminating golfer.

Today, the course provides a wonderful blend of challenge for golfers of all levels, offering a mix of short challenging holes with undulating greens, and expansive holes with larger green complexes for long-range shots. With every turn throughout the course, you can feel Donald Ross’s expertise — from each tee to every impeccably-designed green.
